The RSMMS working group on the regularisation of undocumented migrants has designed the following “Position statement by RSMMS European trade unions on the protection of the rights of undocumented migrants”. This document has been drafted with the contributions of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), the International Trade Unions Confederation (ITUC), and the Platform for International Cooperation and Undocumented Migrants (PICUM).
